Access the MiCollab portal at: https://voip.earlham.edu/ucs/micollab/
Login using your Earlham username and your MiCollab password. This password may be different than your normal Earlham password. If you need assistance with your password, please contact the ITS Service Desk using the information at: Contact Us
Listen to and manage voicemail
After logging into the MiCollab portal, select Voicemail from the navigation on the left.
A list of new and saved voicemail messages will appear in the center panel of the screen.
Select a message to have it display on the right screen panel.
From the right screen panel, you can select to play/pause the voicemail and Delete it as desired.
