Adding new phone with same cellular number.
In the event that you purchased or changed your cellular device, please follow the steps below to update your DUO settings to work with your new device

1. First, trigger the authentication process by attempting to sign into any Earlham service(Email and theHeart are good examples of one of these services). Once you see the "Check for a Duo Push" pop-up, Select the "Other Options" link. | 2. On the "Other options to log in" screen select the bottom option labeled "Manage Devices" | 3. When selecting your log in method, please select Phone Call to have it call your cellular device. In this instance, the DUO app would not be functional on your device until these steps can be completed. |

Once you are presented the the QR code screen, Open the DUO Mobile app on your device.

Once the DUO mobile App is open. Select “+Add” in the top right corner.

Select “Use QR code” | Using your phone. Scan the QR code presented in step 6. You now have updated your cellular device with the DUO app! |
