Migrate individual account contacts from Zimbra to Microsoft Outlook 365

Below is a step by step process on how to import your contacts list from Zimbra to Microsoft Outlook.

Access your Earlham Zimbra account using a computer at https://zimbra.earlham.edu	Click on the Preferences tab.	In the Export area towards the center of the screen, for the options of Type, select Contacts.

In the Export area towards the center of the screen, for the options of Type, select Contacts.	Click on the button immediately to the right of Contacts and select Outlook Contacts.	Below this, for the options of Source, click on the button and choose the contact list that you wish to migrate.

Then click on the button Export to the far bottom right of the screen. It should download a .CSV file.	Access your Earlham Microsoft Outlook account using a computer at https://www.outlook.com	On the left side of the screen, click the icon for People.

On the right side of the screen, click the drop down Manage Contacts and select Import Contacts.	Click on Browse and select the previously download .CSV file from Zimbra and then click on Import.	If no errors are presented, you will have successfully migrated your Zimbra Contacts to Microsoft 365.
