Earlham Summer 2025 Printing Instructions

  1. Browse to https://print.earlham.edu

  2. Login with your Earlham Summer Printing username and password found on your card.

  3. Select Web Print from the navigation menu

  4. Select Submit a Job >>

  5. Select Follow Me

  6. Indicate the number of Copies you wish to print and any other available options.  Then choose Upload Documents >>

  7. Drag the files from your computer onto the screen or select Upload from computer.  Then choose Upload & Complete >>

  8. The system will indicate when your job has been uploaded and is held for release

 

  1. Go to the printer you would like it to print at.

 

  1. Type in the username/password provided on the card or locate the staff member who has the printing tap badge.

 

  1. Select release print jobs.

 

  1. Select your job and press release.
