Navigating Self-Service Banner 9
On October 1, 2025, Banner Self-Service 8 (SSB8) was transitioned into sustain support, with end-of-support scheduled for the end of the calendar year. We have been using the newer Banner Self-Service 9 pages for a while, but have still been maintaining the older SSB8 menus.
Users will now navigate between applications in a different way. The new Banner menu is located next to the Earlham logo at the top of each self-service application page. This is commonly referred to as the 4-square icon. Alternatively, you can click the ALT + M key to open this menu.
Click on the Banner menu icon (4-square icon) or press Alt + M, then click on Banner to expand the full navigation bar, as shown below. The options displayed will depend on your role. Everyone will see the General and Personal Information option.
