Barco ClickShare is used in some conference rooms on campus to support Wireless projection to the wall display. Instructions on installing/using the software and projecting from your laptop are available below.

Installing Barco ClickShare

  1. Access the Barco ClickShare website at: https://www.barco.com/en/clickshare/app

  2. Select the Download for your Operating System and click Download now!

  3. Save the file to your computer.

  4. Locate the installer file in your downloads folder and run the file ClickShare_Setup.

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the default installation.

Wireless projection using Barco ClickShare

  1. Power on the display in the Conference Room and ensure that the Input that is selected displays the Conference Room Name and IP Address.

  2. Launch the ClickShare application.

     

  3. Click the Select meeting room text.

     

  4. Enter the IP address that is on the display in the room and type Enter.
