Mitel VOIP Phone System

The College’s Mitel VOIP phone system provides a set of web tools for managing voicemail and for providing additional features.

Access the MiCollab portal

  1. Access the MiCollab portal at: https://voip.earlham.edu/ucs/micollab/

    1. Temporary access URL: https://cutu.earlham.edu/ucs/micollab/

  2. Login using your Earlham username and your MiCollab password. This password may be different than your normal Earlham password. Listen to and manage voicemail

  1. After logging into the MiCollab portal, select Voicemail from the navigation on the left.

     

  2. A list of new and saved voicemail messages will appear in the center panel of the screen.

     

  3. Select a message to have it display on the right screen panel.

     

  4. From the right screen panel, you can select to play/pause the voicemail and Delete it as desired.

Setup and enable call forwarding to a cell phone number

  1. After logging into the MiCollab portal, select Settings from the navigation on the left.

     

  2. Select the General settings and then My Numbers.

     

  3. On the My Numbers screen, locate the three (3) dot menu in the upper right corner and select New.

     

  4. Create a Label for the new number such as “Cell Phone” and enter the desired number. Click Add to save the new number.

     

  5. To enable use of the number, setup a new status under Settings, Manage Status.

     

  6. On the Status screen, locate the three (3) dot menu in the upper right corner and select New.

     

  7. Enter a name for the new status such as “Forward to Cell” and make sure the Send my calls to drop down menu is set to the desired number. Click Done to save.

     

  8. To enable the Forward to Cell call status, click on your name in the upper right corner, then change the status drop down to Forward to Cell.

     

  9. To remove the Forward to Cell call status, click on your name in the upper right corner, then change the status drop down to In the office.
