Follow the steps below to log into your Mitel VOIP office phone if it is has been reset or displays the LOCKED at the top of the display:

  1. Press the Hot Desk button, this is the 3rd button down the left side of the display screen.

  2. Press the Login button, this is the 1st button down the left side of the display screen.

  3. Enter your office phone 4-digit extension number and press OK (the 2nd button down the left side of the display screen.)

  4. If you have created a PIN, enter your PIN and press OK. Most users do not have a PIN and can just press OK (the 2nd button down the left side of the display screen.)
