Zoom is a web collaboration tool that the College currently has a managed set of licenses for. Zoom provides high-quality audio and video, intuitive sharing and co-annotation tools, breakout rooms, whiteboarding tools, the ability to easily add content to meetings "on the fly", and the option to download meeting recordings as MP4 files. Anyone who has the meeting URL can attend a Zoom meeting even if they aren't affiliated with Earlham College.

Zoom Accounts

  • Basic: Free to sign-up for creating personal meetings with up to 100 participants and 40 minutes in length. Also supports unlimited length 1:1 meetings.

  • Earlham Licenses: Create meetings with up to 300 participants of unlimited length.

Earlham College Licenses

The College including ESR/Bethany has a total of 175 licenses that are managed and shared across the institutions.
