Using KACE’s Self Service you can install a range of programs that ITS has made available without any administrative privileges.

If you are using Windows computer first verify that your current device is assigned to you in our inventory.

In order to install a program go to servicedesk.earlham.edu and log in with your Earlham user name and password. Then click on the “Downloads” link.

 

From the list of downloads select the program you wish to install.

After selecting the software you wish to install make sure that your current device is selected from the drop down.

The program will then download and install. This may take 5-10 minutes to execute and begin the installation. The installation itself will vary depending on the complexity of the program.
