  1. Enter Banner Self-Service from the Heart portal. This will be located on the Banner Self Service Card.

  1. Click on the Personal Information menu

 

  1. Click on the Bio/Demo Profile

 

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page to Additional Details and click on the pencil icon below Ethnicity and Race

 

  1. Then check all the boxes that apply on the Update Race and Ethnicity page and click the Continue button

 

  1. Click the Save button
