Zoom Support and Help

Zoom is a web collaboration tool that provides high-quality audio and video, intuitive sharing and co-annotation tools, breakout rooms, and whiteboarding tools. Anyone who has the meeting URL can attend a Zoom meeting even if they aren't affiliated with Earlham College. All Earlham employees and students have a Box account with a 20GB quota limit.

Loaner Laptops

The College has a limited supply of loaner laptops available for students that need a computer to complete remote learning. Please contact Information Technology Services at helpdesk@earlham.edu so that they can best understand your needs and see if a loaner device is available.
