Using the Earlham Login system

The Earlham Login system provides authentication services to campus hosted and cloud hosted technology resources using your Earlham Account.  Earlham Login is a Single Sign-on (SSO) service that allows you to authenticate once with your Earlham Account username and password and then provides access to multiple services for the duration of your active session.  

Important Earlham Login System Security Reminder:

Always verify that you are on the real Earlham Login page by checking your browser address bar and confirming that the URL starts with: https://login.earlham.edu

Sign in steps

  1. When accessing a service protected by the Earlham Login system, you will be directed to the following sign in screen


  2. Enter your Earlham username (without @earlham.edu) and your password.  Click Sign in.  If your authentication is verified you will be redirected to the service that you are attempting to access.

  3. If you are unable to sign in and need password assistance, please follow the steps at: Password Changes

Services Protected by the Earlham Login system

As of January 4, 2019 the following services are protected:

  • The Heart
  • Banner Self-Service
  • Banner Admin Pages
  • Zimbra
  • Moodle
