Adding a personal email address for password recovery.

Earlham College as added the ability to use a personal email address as part of our password recovery options. Below are the steps in order to set up DUO Mobile as an authenticator option.

Open a web browser(Chrome, Firefox or Edge) and navigate to password.earlham.edu. Once there, Sign in using your Earlham credentials.

Once signed in, Select the “Update Profile” icon.

You have now added your personal email address as a valid password recovery option!
