Using Box with other EC Services

Many applications can use a box "Shared Link" URL to the file or folder that you're sharing with others.   Others will allow you to view the content embedded into the application webpage itself.

Moodle

There are a few ways you can interact with documents or media (images/video/music) in Moodle.

• Posting a URL to a Box file/folder shared link .
• Embedding media to play/view directly in the Moodle page.
• Copy from the "Box.com at Earlham" repository in Moodle.

ePress/Wordpress

Images, Videos, and Music can be embedded into an ePress/wordpress page by using the "download" url of the shared link.  When Wordpress sees a url to a known type it will automatically embed it into the page.  You can customize its look using Wordpress shortcode.  Instructions on how to find this link can be found here: Direct Linking To A File
