Box Collections

Box Collections allows users to organize shared and personal files in a way that suits them. Collections also allows the user to set the Collections page as their Box home page. Users can access their Collections on the new sidebar.

Once on the collections page, you can make the Collections page your home page (Red). You can also create new collections (blue) which you will see on the main screen as well as in the quick navigation bar on the left.

You can add items or folders to specific collections while browsing. Simply click the three dots on the main navigation pane, then select “Collections” from the drop-down menu. There you can select which collection you would like the document or folder to appear in.
