Adding Devices to Duo
In the event that you need to register an alternate phone number for DUO, Please perform the following steps.

Trigger the authentication process by attempting to sign into any Earlham service(Email and theHeart are good examples of one of these services). Once you see the "Check for a Duo Push" pop-up, Select the "Other Options" link. | On the "Other options to log in" screen select the bottom option labeled "Manage Devices" | Select your log in method to verify your identity.

Select “Add a device”
| Select the device type you wish to add. You can add a tablet by selecting the DUO Mobile option if the DUO app is downloaded to your tablet. |
If you selected DUO Mobile. Please enter your phone number. If your device is a tablet then select “I have a tablet” and select “Continue”

If you select Phone Number then please enter the number you wish to use. If it is a landline(Not cellular) then please select the checkbox before selecting “Continue”

Select Send me a passcode if you are capable of receiving text messages. If you are not able to receive a text message, select Call my phone.

Verify the passcode that was either sent via Text message or Phone call. Your device is now added to your DUO account.
