Using Duo When Traveling

If you are traveling internationally or in locations with limited cell phone or wireless connectivity, you can use the Duo Mobile app Passcode functionality to access your protected Earlham account.

Login into the Earlham system you would like to access with your username and password as normal.  When prompted for the two-factor authentication, select "Other Options".
On the "Other options to log in" screen, please select "Duo Mobile passcode"
Access the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device.  Tap Earlham College and note the Passcode number displayed.

Enter the Passcode displayed on your mobile device into the Passcode field on the login page and click Verify.  The system will complete the login process and you should be redirected to the Earlham system you were accessing.
