Adding Earlham Office Phone as Secondary Device
Adding Earlham Office Phone as Secondary Device
ITS strongly encourages employees to add their Earlham Office Phone as a secondary device for Duo Two-Factor Security. In the event that you forget or do not have access to your mobile device, using your office phone will allow you to authenticate when in your office.
Step 1 | Step 2 | Step 3 |
Trigger the authentication process by attempting to sign into any Earlham service(Email and theHeart are good examples of one of these services). Once you see the "Check for a Duo Push" pop-up, Select the "Other Options" link. | On the "Other options to log in" screen select the bottom option labeled "Manage Devices" | |
